Estimated Delivery Date
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).
How to return my items
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return. To do this:
- Contact us at the email address indicated on your order confirmation, specifying your order number and the item(s) to be returned.
- We will send you return instructions and a return label if applicable.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off at the indicated relay point or post office.
- Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached.
